Grown up near his father, who passed on to him the love for culinary art, Kazuyuki manages to fulfill his dream: moving to France to pursue excellence. Over the years, he has worked with some of the finest French chefs such as Gilles Tournadre, Regis and Jacques Marcon, Phillipe Milles, and Benoit Vidal. In 2017, he earns his first Michelin star and opens Doko Koko Bistro, a small restaurant characterized by an intimate family atmosphere.

Driven by curiosity, Cristina embarked on various career paths but couldn't help but listen to her calling, that for cooking. In Austin, she earned a degree in Culinary Arts, honing her craft and focusing particularly on flavor concentration. After an experience in Rome at Convivio Troiani, she landed at Glass Hostaria, where she earned a Michelin star in 2010.
